The Wait is Finally Over!

Delivering high quality instruction using inclusive instruction infused with evidenced based practices, strategies and resources consistently will improve teaching and learning for students in inclusive classroom settings. After many years of research, I created the SLAY! Framework which is everything you need and more to be the “shit,” in any classroom; no matter the grade level or content area.

You know your students with disabilities need much more than they receive from our current special education practices and are not being provided what is mandated in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Students with disabilities need their teachers to stand up and say, “No More!” If not you then who?

Many in the education community cite lack of effective training, professional development, and coaching for SPED teachers and paraeducators is the reason inclusion is not working as designed by IDEA, but that is no longer the case.

The SLAY! framework has it all covered, so buckle up and lets get ready to roll.

After you’ve been SlayED you will experience:

Competence: Your knowledge of the whole group, small group, and individualized instructional models will show in your practice. You will design, implement, and integrate these approaches in collaboration with the general education teacher with ease. You’ll have what you need and more to significantly improve outcomes for your students.

Empowerment: You no longer feel the need to get permission from a colleague to do your job. The confidence you will have in advocating for your students best interest will be unmatched.

Confidence: The knowledge you gain from this course will send your confidence soaring. Knowledge is power and you will no longer feel intimidated, inferior, and insecure when teaching in an inclusive learning environment with a general education teacher. Most importantly, they will see your effectiveness which will garner their respect.

Joy in knowing you are making a difference by providing your students with the tools, intervention, resources, and best practices to ensure their success. Satisfaction in knowing your job and knowing it well. You will be unstoppable!

Make it stand out.

  • Dream it.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Build it.
